  • Wine Appreciation: Sip, Savor, and Discover 
    • Description: Explore the world of wine in one of the most renowned wine regions in the world. Learn grape varieties, tasting techniques, and food pairings in this fun elective. Offered once a year at Yamhill Valley Campus.
      Prerequisite: Must be 21+
    • Cost: $150
    • Dates: Tuesdays from 5:00pm to 7:50pm (4/2/26 - 6/11/26)

  • Foundations in Personal Finance 
    • Description: This class introduces guidelines and financial principles which equip students with money-management competence so they can go after their career and personal goals. Focuses on changing financial behavior and choices in saving, budgeting, debt management, the college financial burden, philanthropy, and entering the job market.

    • Dates: Thursdays from 5:30pm to 7:00pm (4/9/26 - 6/11/26)

  • BLS for Healthcare Providers
    • Description: Learn CPR, AED use, and life support skills for adults, children, and infants in healthcare settings. Successful completion earns a two-year AHA BLS Provider card.
    • Cost: $95
    • Dates: Wednesday, April 1st from 6:00pm - 9:30pm

  • Heartsaver CPR, AED, & First Aid
    • Description: Gain skills to respond to medical emergencies, injuries, and choking. Learn CPR and AED use for all ages. Completion provides a two-year AHA Heartsaver certification card.
    • Cost: $95
    • Dates: Saturday, April 4th from 8:30am - 1:00 pm
